Hope she comes out of her watery prison and helps Steven fight off the rest of the Evil Gem Empire. Given that Jasper mentioned that the gem named Yellow Diamond is after him, he'll need all the help that he can get.

Rose, Rubi, Sapphire and Pearl were rebels.
Amethyst was born in Earth and raised by the rebels.
Jasper and Lapis were here in the past, but as Jasper returned to Homeworld, Lapis remained imprisioned in the mirror. Lapis had right to seek revenge against the Crystal Gems, but chose to go bck to Homeworld instead.
Peridot is a modern gem, but you can tell for her mission Homeworld is seeking to restart the Kindergarden, so I'll go with most of them don't care about humans and Earth.
