It's time for another meme... this time to list my top 10 villains... from animation. So no Lord Voldemort, Darth Vader and Hannibal

10. Discord (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.) Sure, he has plenty of magic to use and change Ponyville to his whims, but what makes him more dangerous at all is the way of use his speech, to make the pones abandon all their hopes and faith on their friends... except for Fluttershy ...

9. Julian Solo (Saint Seiya) Also known as Poseidon, King of the Seas. He wages a Holy War against the weakened Sanctuary and tries to flood the Earth, so he can build a new world according to the wishes of the God's soul. Thanks to Pegasus and the other Bronze Saints, his scheme is nothing more than a dream.

8. Gray Piccolo Magus (Chrono Trigger) He's a bit ambiguous villan in the game, since you're trying to thwarth his scheme the first half of the game, but after an important event in the game you can let him join your team and defeat the real boss, Lavos; an alien life form that saps the life energy from a whole planet.

7. Heinz Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb.) Face it, you need a plucky guy in every list, I really like him for being naive and all the traumas from his abusive parents of his sheer bad luck. Besides, he's a parody of the James Bond franchise, and parodies are always most welcome, specially good ones.

6. Scar (The Lion King.) The final call for "Disney Villan" was a tough one, but the evil lion that killed his own brother, took the crown. (No pun intended)

5. Charles Montgomery Burns (The Simpsons.) This evil megalomaniac empresary from Springfield took the spot for several reasons... One is that he doesnt' give a damn about anything when he follows his goals, name it crippling a worker for fun, covering the sun or stealing a baby's candy.

4. Shuichiro Tomoe (Sailor Moon S) Yes, everybody goes over the first villan (Queen Beryl) of the last one (Sailor Galaxia); but Professor Tomoe had his moments too, a bit on the random side and some others using his best to get the Sailor Scouts, he proved to be a hard piece for the girls, even before the arrival of Galaxia.

3. Bowser (Super Mario series) Face it, you all saw this one coming all along. Why he got the honor spot before Dr. Wily, Mother Brain, Sephiroth, Ganondorf or even Nemesis? Because he's the first videogame boss I've ever defeated. Besides, look at the thing... a giant dinosaur dragon turtle? What cold be cooler?

2. Mumm-ra (Thundercats) How about an undead infused by the power of ancient spirits of evil fighthing furries from outer space? And no, not the crappy reboot, I meant the good ol' I don't give a f*ck! Mumm-ra. I don't know overseas, but in Mexico so many aunts, teachers and female old people got that nickname... I had two.

1. The Joker (Batman series) Well, since Batman is best superhero (He has all the cool gadgets and all the cash not to mention the girls, even Wonder Woman.) he had to get the best villain of them all. No powers, no super whatever, just a devious mind and a criminal genius are enough to make the Dark Knight sweat and use all his bat-neurons to solve the scheme and save Gotham once again. The last incarnation of this classic villain bt the late Heath Ledger was awesome, but I personally like the one from the Animated Series, voiced by Mark Hamill... simply genius.

Mother Gothel / Tangled: Like The Joker, she had no powers, no magic, just his words to manipulate Rapunzel and the Stabbington Brothers.

Ganondorf /Legend of Zelda aeries: Another classic, incarnating several times to get his prized Triforce, always gets twarted by a boy in pantyhoses.

Judge Claude Frollo / The Hunchback of Notre Dame: Powerful, devoted and a bit on the maniac side, Frollo embarks on a cruzate to erraticate the gypsies from Paris.

Phoenix Ikki / Saint Seiya What? Why is here this guy? He was the first enemy of Seiya and Co. He put up a good fight against them all, but his future deeds moved to protect Atena and Shun.

Dracula / Castlevania series: The vampire... you don't need more explanations.
