The blue colors work well with the other colors and I like how the gloves are mismatched. It's weird but it adds some unique feel. Also I like the name Torpedo and how his powers are related to electricty, feels different which is good, helps it stand out.

With the depiction of different "equipment" on the wrists/hands I wanted to communicate the idea that there is something irregular with him (in my mind, the big guy has rebelled against his creators and has consequently removed one of the bracelets that held him captive).
