My Drethe referrence for her anthro form which is her original form. She spent 15 years training in a school for assasins, but I think I'll leave that part out of her neopet story since they actually removed all the assasins from their story lines so I figure it has been banned. So shifting her neo story to Mercenary since war has not been banned yet from that site...but anyway.

She is a very proficient killer. She remains under the radar so her apearance in various places does not alert her potential prey. Though she does alright in face to face battle, she is much better at, well, ninja style sneak attacks. She originates from the deep dark places of Shenkuu and that was where she was born and trained, but most of her more current storyline is going to take place in Qasala. This being the case, most pictures of her will show her in oriental crossed with persian style clothing. She prefers the use of tines, but can use a variation of weaponry. They are not part of her anatomy...silly people.

Now, for her more recent storyline:
She was hired by a prince of Sakmet to kill an adversary's key council, namely a blind seer named Auracle (blind seer, iknow, cliche, but im making it my own, trust me). She travels to Qasala and infiltrates the city walls and palace. Breaking in, she meets eyes with the seer (yes, irony here), and just can't finish the job. The seer knows way more about Drethe than she should and shares this with the assasin. They create a fast bond. For nearly a week, Drethe sneaks into the palace to visit Auracle. Then Auracle asks her a favor. The seer is actually a prisoner in the Qasalan palace. Information is forced from her and her captives are becoming cruel and will cause her great harm if she does not aid them in their attack on the outer prince of Sakmet.
As skilled as Drethe may be, she has never actually snuck a high profile person out of jail. The seer tells her to fetch her a few small items and bring them to the palace and Drethe does so. After some weeks, Auracle performs a masterful spell and casts it upon Drethe, changing her form (OOC but this is where she turns from anthro to quad). Her new form is much better suited for face to face combad and now she can cast a poisonous fire from her "hands". Her once fairly useless wings are now full size and functional. After doing quite a bit of damage, she carries Auracle away and they fly up to the caves of Qasala where their new adventures begin.
