So? Hentai and Yuri are filled with stereotypes too. I'm not saying the entirety of yoai is great- it has problems just like any other community- I'm just saying that it's enjoyed by variant of genders. Males, females, non-binary people, etc.

These are words that are coming from a gay himself, and certainly there's a lot of traits that don't apply to us irl.

No, I never said It was right. I simply meant that you cannot shoot down an entire media just because it has problems, because by that logic you'd have to shoot down all media(anime porn or not). A great deal of the yaoi reading community is trying to change the way people write it, but change takes time. And many of those who make money off of what they write don't want to change, so it's hard to keep stereotypes out.

It's fine if you don't like it, but don't blame all readers for the community's faults.

People are actually trying to change it? Highly doubt it. I've witnessed this community for 2 years and I've never seen anyone say "it's not written correctly". I've seen haters say they ruin their own reputation, but for that matter they have never mentioned how inaccurate most of the traits are.

Where have you been looking exactly? If just here on dA- then you probably wouldn't find any change. dA isn't known for having great communities. But have you checked other social media sites? I know that on Tumblr it has been talked about by many( though in a more "all porn must change" way). 

If you are looking for more realistic male/male stories, I would suggest looking on Taptastic. It's a site for webcomics, and there are a lot of great BL comics there. Of course, there's more than BL comics there.

I don't want to make the impression that I lust over BL. I am however not liking how media portrays us. 

I've looked on y gallery and here. With art and fanfiction the main stereotypes still apply.

Taptastic has more then BL comics you know, it has all types of comics. You said you've been "Keeping an eye on the yaoi community" and you're complaining about stereotypes, so I assumed you were a yaoi reader. 

As I said, dA is a terrible place to look for change. The "yaoi" community on here is barely existent(as far as I know), and they don't talk to each other much. Besides, checking on just two places is hardly fit for you so assume the community isn't trying to change.

Art is where I basically discovered the tropes of assigning roles of uke and seme. This is completely unreal to the fact that in some gay relationships there isn't a role for relationships. Sure one may be the dominant, who probably makes more decisions but as far as "lemons" go it's not likely one person will top and the other bottom for the entire relationship. It's also where I discovered 
The stereotype of ukes being feminine, when feminine traits aren't in every single gay male.
The stereotype of ukes are very fragile and the semes are very strong.
The stereotype of gay men being hairless, I haven't seen one gay man in a yaoi artwork that depicts any facial or body hair.
The stereotype of gay men can't be platonic just because they're gay.
The stereotype of gay men turning to females for relationship advice, and vice-versa.
Fanfiction is where I've seen a lot of horrifying things, rather I will not explain in what way they haunted me but it's basically still unrealistic. By unrealistic I mean
1) No gay person wouldn't not use safe sex. I know how condoms are gross but AIDS do exist.
2) No gay person can ejaculate multiple times at once without practice, these people think it's easy when 90% of the fanbase aren't males.
I could go on and on, but I feel like you'd just redirect me to Taptastic. I have not read any yaoi manga or seen any yaoi anime nor do I plan on it. I probably would like the fandom more if it didn't contain sick shit like rape and shotacon. I have no idea what people see in rape, it's a crime and they wouldn't want it to happen to them. I have no idea what people see in shotacon. To this day I want to understand what females find so cute about 2 pre-pubescent boys making out. 
Maybe if the fandom was more to appreciate gay people instead of it being a porn group, I would love being apart of it. But it bothers me because most of the fandom isn't actually an LGBT supporter. You can test this out by asking a fangirl what she thinks of lesbians and transgenders. If they reply back saying "eww gross I like gay men only" they're not a supporter. A supporter would be accepting to every sexuallity. Now accepting doesn't mean being attracted to them, but it does mean accepting them for who they are and not being uncomfortable.

1.) I know the stereotypes, you don't need to list them off to me.
2.) Yes, these are all common and unreal things about yaoi. And it has a lot of problems, a lot of which are common problems in porn over all.
3.) If you are really so passionate about this, why not start a forum or dissuasion on here or another website? You could reach out more to ACTUAL WRITERS and make the difference you so want to happen. 
4.) I wasn't "Re-directing" you to taptastic. I thought I was just being nice by suggesting a place where you could find more realistic writing of relationships. When you shot it down because "you don't lust after BL", I thought you were being unfair to a site that has a lot of great content on it.
5.) As I have said before, I know the community has a lot of problems. It's made up a lot of teenagers, who often don't care about the hurtful stereotypes that are in it. And yes LGBT+ community is trying to reach out to those who read both yaoi and yuri, and let them know that they find it hurtful. 
6.) Seriously, tho. I know the community has problems. And we're TRYING to change it, more so on Tumblr than here. Maybe it's ONLY on tumblr, who knows?

And finally! I get it, your angry. ALSO I see you're serial angry commenter who goes around on ppls comments on old yaoi deviations(LIKE DUDE I MADE THAT COMMENT IN 2013) and just gets angry at ppl, so Imma block you okay? Still, think about starting a forum or something, it'd help change some mind I'm sure.
