Arceus - 'Haiz up there...'

I recently/a few weeks ago watched arceus and the Jewel of Life. Very awesome movie (spite the american voice actor for Arceus, he sounded like an old man that was dying or something) giratina, Palkia, and Dialga were in the movie within 20 minutes~! Lots of confuzzlation unless you're like me and notice something very special in the first part of the movie...Still, it was very awesome and I had to draw Arceus afterwards. >X3 So I did this all on Photoshop 5.5 due to boredom. And I had no sketch made of this firstly, so it was all done on photoshop.
