Villians Weekly!!! I participated! :0
Don't even know if this is considered just a dead DA-meme or something... but I've ALLWAYS wanted to do it too.
*forgot to mention it with Him before, but I didn't have time to submit the third days villian entry yesterday due to over night-guests, so Negs here'll have to share his featured title day xP*
And also just like with the before-mentioned villian, I momentarily pondered whether to go with a personal favourite villian [Quackerjack] or the most encountered in the series-villian [Megavolt]... And since all Fearsome Five is out of question due to time and energy issues, Darkwing Ducks very own batsh!t-insane and evil doppelganger gets his way... and the [wonky] chainsaw-threats had nothing to do with the picking.

I admit it. I used to have a serious crush on Darkwing Duck when I was a kid. I watched the show religiously. And because Negaduck was just a dark version of Darkwing, of course I loved him, too.
