Who is Hitsu? 
As a writer I really dislike crossover pairings, simply because writing a story about it that makes sense is insanely hard. I did once back in the day with Samus (metroid) and Mario (Super Mario), but it is just so freaking hard to do if you want it to actually make sense.

Yeah but it is really hard because either you "sell out" and talk about what you do, or you dont and get no readers. it is really a problem for writers because people have to invest more time in it than with art.

Ahh lets not get all Emo here, afterall: We do what we do because we like to do it. I wrote for 2 full years before anyone actually got around to reading my stories, not even friends and family. I dont write for the audience I write for the writing, sure it is fun to have someone read it but that is not why I write. I am sure you draw more for the drawing than for the views, right?
