Hey everybody! This is my first full-blown digital painting of my two HTTYD OCs, Saria MacGuffen and Silvermist the Skyren/Shrieking Fury. I just have to say, I love this thing to bits I've been working almost nonstop on it for the last few days or so, and I'm happy to say that all the hard work paid off The positioning of the characters is something I've never been able to draw before, and I'm so giddy that I finally got it right I'm ecstatic that I was finally able to draw the two of them flying together, it's taken me numerous failed attempts to get it right.
Aside from the characters, look at that background!! I hope you guys like it, because I don't know how long I slaved over that thing. I thought the waterfall was going to be my biggest challenge...nope! It was those dang trees! I spent more time on the trees than I think on the rest of the piece altogether. I'm really happy with it though, the entire background. It's probably the most detailed and most extensive one yet!
