Critique for the raffle:
May/may not be over 100 words. Too lazy to count. XD
I'll start with the negatives, since they're harder. XD The horn needs a shadow and the tip is kind of blending with the horse's cheek. Maybe define it a bit more? The horse's cheek looks a bit too high where you've defined it, but that may just be my opinion on that... The top of the mane, towards the withers, could use a couple of flyaways, especially because the tail has so many and the mane near the ears has flyaways. I see that the eye in the reference doesn't have a pupil and is overall very light, but with the forelock so close and above it, maybe a shadow at the top? I may be wrong, but with the light source and lighting on the horse, the shadow should be under the horse a bit more. Like I said, not too sure about this... Some of the muscles, more on the hindquarters, could be a bit more defined, or the ones in the shoulder should be a bit less defined. The ground behind the horse looks undisturbed, and since there's, what, snow? on the ground, there could be some 'dust' or something near the horse's hooves. Mane and forelock need a shadow. The cutting on the horse's hindquarters is a little shaky. 
Some of the positive things... The color change and markings are stunning. The lighting and shadowing looks good, and the horse's color palette matches really well with the background. I like how the left side is darker than the right. The mane and tail are amazing as well, I love how you do those.
Overall, it's amazing and unless you sit and stare at it, some of the minor flaws aren't as noticeable. Amazing work as usual, Summer.

So I would like to start off by saying I adore this piece and have a deep respect for your work. Now, I am not a great artist (good would be pushing it) but I do know equine art well enough that I think this critique could help. The overall feel of the manip is present but the first thing that kind of bugs me is the eye. It is nice, don't get me wrong, but I think there is room for improvement. I understand the eye is pupilless but I would like to see some more shine and emotion in it. Maybe this tutorial could help?: ooo-alouette-ooo.deviantart.co…

The other thing that throws me off a bit is the face detailing and markings. They look a little too smudged, but I know white marking are hard. Either of these two might help with the white marking:
