There was this Russian cartoon about a wolf and a hare and the wolf kept trying to catch the hare.... And in one episode they were disguised as Santa and Snegourochka, Santa's granddaughter, and they were singing a song to kids, while the wolf was trying to catch the hare. And the wolf was singing about 'my best gift is you' and the hare kept escaping. XD

TRANSLATIONS:
what they write on the ice is the name of the show, "Nou pogodi", which means "just you wait!" and which is the sentence the wolf shouts in every episode.
"Volk", the word the wolf shouts when he sees the hare, is wolf. The wolf: "Wolf! Wolf? XD Wolf?! XD" The hare: "Yeah, yeah, wolf."
"Nou, volk, pogodi" = "Just you wait, you wolf!"
"Sne-gou-ro-chka!" when the kids are chanting this, it's the Santa's grand-daughter. It is a ritual to call out her name several times, it's mainly to make kids participate to the show somehow. They have called Santa before, we just didn't see them. usually they are called together. The wolf comes in dressed as the Snegourochka, and the kids think he is her.
The song is not important. The hare asks the wolf where he was, tells him to come dance and he refuses, the Santa promises him gifts and he answers that his best gift is the hare himself, and the let's dance part starts over.
The wolf ends up shouting "Just you wait, Santa!!!"
The word on the bags the pig is sewing means "gift"
Episode ends with traditional "Well, hare, just you wait!!!!!!"
