my best friend had a stinkpot turtle for a looooong time but she recently gave him to a local aquarium/pet store. He wont be sold because i /think/ it's illegal to sell and catch those nowadays and the owner was uber excited to get a stinkpot so it was all good. c:

yea it depends on the state, they all have different laws with reptiles, like here in New Jersey its illegal to buy & sell turtles. Strangely enough your allowed to have them as pets. Jus cant buy them here. I have to go to NY to get turtles XD
