You can definitely tell this photograph was meant for setting a tone and mood. It's really sad and I feel really sorry for her. You did a good job of expressing those sad feelings by leaving it in black and white. Really nice job!

also u should add effects or colour adjust after Flattening the layers it would blend the layers a little

Yes, I know full view has crappy resolution. It happened when I had to shrink the background to fit the size of the little girl. It was a long process just to get the regualr view right. Hopefully I've have some time so that I can make full view as enjoyable as the regualr.
