I have to agree. He's innocent, from what I've heard:
1. There is white cloth on Benoit's neck, if he really wanted to end his life, why would he care of his neck is bruised?
2. Chavo Guererro was one of the people who Benoit talked to for the last time (via phonecall). In the first call, 45 minutes in Chavo heard knocking on the door and Benoit went to answer it, and after that there is a scuffle before the line went dead, which explains why there is no forced entry. Chris had unknowingly let the murderer in.
2.5) Hours later Benoit is only be able to be called via his cellphone, and Chavo said that Benoit sounded very tired, and says "Chavo, I love you" which sounded odd since he sounded as if he was forced to say it, and it's unusual for Benoit to say I love you to anyone.
3. Medical examiners concluded Benoit died on the Saturday, if it's correct, then who on Earth texted Chavo Benoit's house address the next day? Furthermore, Chavo once went to his house before to hang out and he memorized the address. Why would he needed it again?
4. There are many empty beer cans, and an empty bottle of wine near Benoit, and yet the examiners concluded that Benoit is tested negative for alcohol.
5. The steroids that Benoit usually used isn't in his body, despite the fact that there are loads of them were found in the house.
6. Nancy (Benoit's wife) death was posted 13 hours before the bodies were found. It was too eerie for me! 😱

WWE forced Benoit to do "Eddie" gimmick's, with "Eddie" chants, this was the worst thing they could of ever done !!

Benoit took the hard road, from Japan, to ECW, to WCW, then left with Eddie, Saturn, and Malenko to WWF / WWE.
Benoit fought up the Japanese ranks by the name Wild Pegasus, Benoit / Malenko matches in ECW are spectacular.

I agree he was framed. It was the steroids some WWE big wig told him to start taking if he was to have a future in WWE. Another example of how stupid the WWE has gotten on the subject, deciding to pin it on the wrestler instead of coming clean and saying they had staffers who told them that.
