Description Here's Tybalt, my newest OC. He's named after the Romeo and Juliet character who was named after the cat king. He's also the RIO plane, the guy who runs the radar and follows the main fighter around. The style is a bit different 'cause I was playing around with some of my old how-to-draw books.
