It's fine to have her directly outside. Yellowing is only a major issue if you take her outside everyday, or store her in a sunny window. All dolls will yellow eventually, but it's nothing to fear.

May I know why yellowing happens on tans, ebonies... faster than even white?

Oh, they have different pigments added to make them that color--usually a lot of coloring has to be used. I'm not positive how much or what kind of pigments, but whites are unpigmented resin. Their yellowing will be more apparent, but the pigments sort of disrupt the resin on a chemical level, from what I've gathered.
