Frying Pans: Best. Weapons. EVER!
Please note that this version of Rapunzel's dress and hair is the ''It's October 30st, 12:00 AM and I am still not done sewing so I must hurry the heck up for Halloween'' version. A complete movie accurate version will come later on this year ^^
Also, before actually explaining everything, I absolutely have to thank my grandmother and my mom because if it would not have been from them, I would still be in the process of hand painting the flower pattern on the bodice.
Now, now... About the costume
I basically started from nothing as far as the dress went. Well, I had the reference pictures from the movie and my knowledge in pattern making to guide me... So I made the bodice pattern to my measures using the exact design from the movie.
The skirt is a simple half-circle skirt with a darker panel in the front and the hair is two 51'' wigs that I got on ebay plus some LED flowers so that I can glow in the dark. (As seen here: [link] )

And yes, I love sewing ^^ Well, I basically started by drawing costumes (when I was super young) and when I got older, I decided to learn to sew instead of dumping all of my projects on my grandmother lol
