You can do it!
Try to put times on yourself, saying something like "I'll work for an hour and then take a short break to do other things." That way you sort of have a mental commitment to work, and going on DA and such can be your reward later. Then after the short break (maybe like 20 minutes or something) you can work for another hour and so on. If it would help you could even set an alarm to tell you when working time is over and when break time is over.
