Why this title you ask?Well in my opinion, Shadow is the best villain so far in the world of Sonic.
Why?
He's bad ass and a real opponent for Sonic.
Almost same speed but a bit stronger thanks to Chaos powers like Chaos Spear or Chaos Control.
Too bad SEGA use him just as a mere "rival".
He could be a stand alone villain in one game. (Without Eggman)
He's the "Ultimate Lifeform" after all

About the art:
Since I'm in the group #OneHourSonic I watch almost every clip how the artist draw his art in one hour.
There so awesome artist there so I learned a lot of them.
So I wanted to try out my new learnings and draw this only in SAI.
I hope you like it how it is and please tell me about things I can improve!
I really need your help to improve!
Maybe I try this OHS later... to see what I can draw in one hour
And belive it or not, I listened to Bob Marley while I draw this
And I think you should run now... Shadow is about to hit you very bad... good luck.

He was in the first game he appeared (SA2).
In the beginning he was a villain and (almost) died by defending the earth.
In my opinion, he should stay as a villain after he come back(as you can read in the description).
So in fact, he isn't officially a villain. That's only my opinion.

You know that Shadow was actually ment to be a One time Character like Tikal. But due to his popularity, SEGA brought him back in Sonic Heroes. But my guess is that they wanted the fans to question whether or not it was the real Shadow or just an android. Until Shadow got his own game that is.

Yeah Im aware of that fact.
His game was not the best game of SEGA but I really liked the story and the CG cutscenes.
However it seems strange for me that Shadow and even Omega works in Sonic 06 for the G.U.N...
I hope SEGA is making a new game soon with some story about the three hedgehogs again.
Or they making something new.
Lets hope for the best.

I don't find it strange that Shadow would be working for GUN at all really. Shadow is keeping his promise to Maria to help humanity. Even if Shadow does have a grude against humans his loyalty and the friendship he had with Maria outweighs his hate. I wouldn't be surprised if he became a GUN Agent as a way to honor Maria's wish.
Omega on the other hand... Well Omega hates Eggman and it's wise to have a very powerful robot that Eggman created to be on their side.
Actually me too. And I've heard once that SEGA might even re make Sonic 06 but with less glitches and instead of Elise kissing Sonic to bring him back to life, it's going to be a tear. But I wouldn't jump on it since it's a rumor.
But it would be so cool if they did!! I mean I started to love the series with Sonic 06. Ha! And from all the bad stuff I've been hearing, If I started with Sonic 06 and loved it, then I'm going to love the series no matter what. In fact I've only been a Sonic fan for 4 years and I geek out like someone who has grown up with Sonic their whole lifes. XDD

However, Shadow let his past behind as you can see in the ending of Shadow the Hedgehog.
So I think he don't want to remember anything from the past...
A remake? I hope not because that makes it even worse ._.
It would be better if they start a new game.

Sadly, though Silver has gained a little more respect and popularity with the fans, perhaps because of Sonic Generations with his rival battle, SEGA isn't going to let Silver have his own game. In fact, in Sonic Colors on the DS version, Silver said that the future is bright and everyone has a smile on their face which means that Silver already fixed the future.

well, really I can't really say much, because you simply did not fail in anything here, and many people have different ways of coloring their works, but this one is pretty basic and simple, but awesome and it holds it standards. the anatomy of the body is also great, and you drew it in its right way as it should be like in any sonic character. One small complainment I have though is the replacement of his nose, I believe it should have been lowered a little, but I wouldn't really take that seriously cause its only a small misplacement 
Really man, I can't say more except this picture is beyond awesome, and I hope to see you make more of these ; )!

Yes the coloring is basic since Im not a great artist like others.
But Im more than happy since you like it anyway.
