Gyspy danger is very small he is about 260ft and the megazord is very large he is about 333ft tall Godzilla is about 355ft so this battle go to megazord like gyspy danger is not going to take down the power ranger megazord.

Wow this is tough. (especially if you include all incarnations)

It close but i think Megazord might just inch a victory.

1. Gypsy is specialised in fighting large foes,  which could prove a problem if the rangers attack using there independent zords.

2. The Megazord has 5 pilots and can be operated by 1 if need,  unlike Gipsy that struggles if 1 of its 2 pilots is out of commission.

3. The Masterdon shield has been able to reflect energy and projectile based attacks, possibly nullifying Gipsy's ranged offences.

4. The Power Sword is superior to the Chainsword, due to its ability to be charged with energy, project energy,  absorb & redirect kinetic energy it back at the target.

5. The Megazord has the greater reach & is taller than Gipsy

6. The Megazord also has greater physical strength feats.

7. Gipsy is tough but has no special defences against ranged attacks. So Megazord's various ranged weapons, could be used to bombard Gipsy till they got in close. (zord cannons, ice spray, tank mode cannons, cranial laser, fireballs.

8. Also  if helpful  Rangers can leave the zord & attack independantly while 1 ranger stays inside to pilot.    Black Ranger- Cannon, Pink Ranger- Power Bow + various side arms.
