Well Doom CAN win if he realizes what a huge threat Gilgamesh actually is and goes all out from the start, but most likely he won't and the King of Heroes colossal arsenal eventually puts him down.

Okay but by using the logic to put both at their strongest maximum potential, Doom curbstomps because there is God Emperor form who killed The Beyonders and gained full control over their powers in the process. There is also his Original Secret Wars version who also gained the power of the Beyonder.
