I've never been that interested in animé but your pieces are very enjoyable! She's cute, I like the simplistic wings and the techy look of hers. Furthermore I agree with blugoo; the splash background is a nice touch.

Wow...purty o_O Great character design, and the lineart has a nice energy about it. The bold, black splash in the background really makes her stand out...good job. I'd have drawn her hips a tiny bit wider though...
