I see that this woman will be having a hard time going up these very high steps with the child on her arm, into a train that is decrepit promising an uneasy ride. But I only saw these steps and their hight when I looked again. It seems to me the angle you chose to shoot from doesn't show the steps well enough. Since you intended to relate hardship these steps and their hight need to be well seen by the viewer at first look.

I am sure there was a moment worth depicting here but I myself am having trouble to see it (it happens to us all, to me to, seeing a moment but it doesn't tranlsate to a photo via the camera.) Furthermore the picture seems to have some technical issues (translation into a non pleasing feel to it). But nice try as far trying to depict a human moment on the street. Now head out and take more!

I believe it's a bit difficult for you to get the feeling out of this photo since you're not from Romania where such images are part of our daily life. They reflect the poor conditions in traveling by train from one village to another, the people who have no easy lives. Even if it's not a happy photo, it's part of home.
