I was at a petstore today, and I think they sold such crabs. Or maybe I'm mixing them with another crab-thung.. O.o

They're like tiny little miniture crabs, and yeah, they're pets 
I read somewhere that they're only avaliable in Australia...so maybe it's true if you couldn't find them?

yeah, you can have them as pets...they're really easy to look after and they don't make mess!
