I love the pose and this particular view of her sexy tail! I love it when mermaids are depicted with webbed fingers such as here; it only makes sense on exotic aquatic creatures such as these!!

Your "Thai Mermaid" is definitely my favorite with her toned slender body and tail, and exceptionally realistic looking fingerwebbing!! I've been a merphile for 15 years.
Well... more like 22 if you count the first time I saw Ariel in the theater in 1989 when I was 6.
My problem is I can't draw characters, so there's always an unfulfilled part of me agonizing when I see the fantastic art other people make of mermaids.

well you can commission pieces based on your design ideas, but I understand. I even feel some of that when I see really good art that is above my level or, that is at a level and subject matter I feel like I could achieve, if I wasnt so busy

I really like how crisp her hair is. brings great attention to her face which has a very interesting look on it. well done with the expression it looks like you caught a moment instead of creating one! I also really like the texture on her "legs" and I approve of the fade out at the bottom. I feel the weakest part of this pic is her body which i have no criticism of its just pales next to her face/hair and legs. over I'm very happy with your thoroghness. ^_^
