I dont understand how DA changed lately...people don't appreciate real artwork with good skills and good technique but now girls and crows and forests are in trend like no other time ...pity . I rather be old fashion and appreciate originality and skills above all and get inspired from them and this make no exception

I think you should just do what you like and just ignore what's popular. When I open up the frontpage, I see pokeballs and lots of manga, which is kind of frustrating, but I think real art pays off, too
