Love the shifting perspective of the background. The pacing of the character interaction is excellent.

I like the figures and the buildings, but the perspective on those buildings doesn't seem to hang together. The ones on the upper half of the page - on the sides, not the inset frames - don't seem to share the same vanishing points, roof angles, or horizon line, so they make me a little dizzy when I try to make sense of 'em.
You can find some great perspective tutorials online, if you want to sharpen your work up even better.

for the tutos, I really don't need them, for this particular page, I cheated a lot with the pers, mainly because my vanishing point was located at 2 meters on the right of the page, and it was a pain in the ass to work...
so yeah, there is some incoherence, but when you look the page on a comic book size most of it disappear...
for some it's a bit voluntary, I wanted a crazy looking city.

however those are simple one vanishing point pers, so it's easy, right now I'm working on a Batwoman illustration with a 3 point s it's a bit more tricky!!

as a matter of fact, the worst part was that when I finished a background I had to reproduce it several times... that was definitely the worst!

well the idea of ink had cross my mind, but I do not ink since years ( I broke my hand and I have some hand shacking so I'm afraid that by inking it I loose a bit of the background in the process, my GF is however inker, ( we did this piece together [link] you can see her art on her page (
