Just playing around with different palettes while trying to get a little better at digital painting. For these (and there are others that I haven't uploaded) I pick a photo with some nice colors, and have to make do with just the colors I find in that photo.I like the darker atmosphere this one has, which is what I wanted, but I'm not sure if it's TOO dark. Idk. Ah, well. Still did the painting part alright.
I've also found that Sonic's middle quill in the back looks weird in that short pointy style I like to do. Also, I don't think he looks enough like a blue Bart Simpson in this.
It's nothing fancy, but I like it.

I like the way he looks in the OVA the best, but I tend to combine that design with Modern Sonic's for some reason. I really like how it comes out though. XD
