Finishing up some leftover stuff from 2015. Sometimes I wonder if a younger and less life-weary Sans was ever so excitable and passionate that he did the Papyrus-style googly eyes too.Sans, Papyrus, Alphys (c) Toby Fox
Since I sketched these out I've mulled a lot on Sans, and I'm now subscribed to the theory that Sans and Papyrus are from earlier game builds, or from a different game entirely. But have some baby bones and Scientist!Sans + Alphys anyway. :V

Devious Journal DraftSans walked the streets of the capital, the voices of many other monsters around him, some crisp and alert, royal guard members no doubt, others drunk and slurred, the usual crowd. Sans normally didn't stay this late but he managed to get some food and gold, enough that he wouldn't need to worry for a few weeks. Being a skeleton monster he wouldn't need to eat for a while but now the only thing on his mind was getting to a safe place where he wouldn't be bothered. And then he heard it, a cry, he would have ignored it but something kept telling him to go towards it, against his better judgment Sans went to look for the sound and then it happened again and this time it was right next to him, the thing emitting the cry was a pile of dust.When sans touched it he felt it, the magical surge that only belonged to monster dust. As if sensing his shock and fear the creature let loose another cry, one of sadness and terror, moving the dust a bit revealed something, a small skeleton, orange tears Ok it's suppost to be called "Chapter one,the promise" but I can,t find out how to name it but here it is
