Elya, very worried over Lorsan walking towards the forest, as she takes his wings, "Why did you do this, Lorsan?"

Lorsan turns to Elya, his face scarred, himself shaking as the burn wounds still hurt, "You taught me... a thing, Elya... I was hiding behind a house when all this happened... I was a coward... too afraid to face my own mom, continuing to be the loyal little warrior she wanted, but you, I didn't got it at that moment, you faced her. My mom was going to burn countless innocent lives that day, all out of spite for you, for me hiding from her and... and I couldn't allow it to happen... Now all the truth is clear to me, I am just like my father, not a coward, but not a monster, I don't fought my mom because I hated her, I fought her because I... cared for the lives behind me, if I could do something to prevent death, I would and so I did."

Hello folks, just another art, this time with Lorsan, another of my ocs.

And then, with a little bit of story of Lorsan, this is what I imagine after a scene of my "book", Lorsan's mother was threatening Elya and a kobold village with fire, Lorsan was too scared to face his mother, but in the decisive moment she started to cause havoc among them, he launched himself into her maw, preventing the fire from coming out and burning half of his body in the process, a foolish but desperated decision.

He nearly died from his wounds, but his mother allowed the kobolds (or more likely forced them) to take care of him with their shaman healing powers.
