I've been watching them bloom at the side of the house
and decided to make time to paint one.

this last year,maybe it's all just catching up with you.
I think you should do something incredibly special just for you,
something that will bring you great joy and smiles.

a lot bottled up that needs a release.I grab a box of kleenex and
ether watch a movie that I know I will cry at or go for a long walk
or sit at the beach and let the tears fall until there aren't anymore.
Gives me a heck of a headache 
release all that pent up emotion.Your body is telling what you need and
if you need to cry you should.

Or if you start it might be hard to stop.You just have
to keep being good to yourself and with God's help you
will get through to a happier place.

That happened to me when I was in th hospital years ago,
I started crying and couldn't stop.One of the nurses told me I was disturbing
the other patients and would I like to talk to someone.I said no this is what
I need to do right now so either bring me more kleenex or send me home.
When I was cried out I stopped,but it was what I needed to do at that time so I did
and it helped.
