Yet another one of UMX's original Robot Masters. This Battle Network counterpart doesn't look all that different from the original but then again, CutMan.EXE is pretty much the same as he is in both universes. It took some time (a long time) trying to figure out how to design him. First it was a polar bear, then it was a huge iceberg... then I went with something similar to Mr. Freeze from The Batman series. Eventually, this came out of all that. I hope you enjoy it!
