Yep. It's rare, made by Geth Armories. There's also a version where the piping is in blue. I had to abuse the vendor reload trick to get it, but it can also drop randomly.

Every time you visit a major planet (Citadel, Feros, etc), the Normandy's vendor renews his inventory. However, that inventory isn't "set" until you talk to him.

So, you save, then talk to him. If he doesn't have what you want, you reload and talk to him again. If you've done it right, he should have a new inventory each time. repeat until you get your item.

The one caveat is that he has to have the license for the item you want. The Rage armor is Geth Armories, which is available from (IIRC) the salarian vendor in the Citadel Wards later in the game.

Hehehe. Nice, with the larger HDD, you can install the game, too. I hear it helps with load times and texture pop-in to an extent.
