ocker was one of wise yeti king , powerful generals ,

ocker was a monk and master the art of blizzard magic

but ocker was hunger for powerful and for the throne

the wise king can see his general is corrupted and challenged ocker

the king won and he smash ocker's hand , so he would never use blizzard magic

ocker was Banished from the kingdom

ocker went and join the mad tyrant king wendigo ( king yeti's psycho brother )

the mad king let ocker be his new general  but he take way his eyes , for not letting him eat his other arm

after the death of both king

ocker though , that he could over throne jadis ( wise king 's daughter )

but the prince of wendigo chso is great friend and ally to jadis

chso banished all of his father loyal followers out of his kingdom

ocker and few of yeti and wendigo let to the coldest and darkest part of the south pole

and started their own kingdom

ocker become their leader and be called the blind mad monk

ocker still plans way to kill both jadis and chso

some other yeti made a new arm for ocker ( made from bones and ice , but still he can't use his blizzard magic

What left okcar is now just one of mother nanuk minions ( his rage is too much on hannan )

he had one mission from mother nanuk to find sun wukong

after pips returned back on earth , mother nanuk felt that her greatest nemesis has return

ocker attacked the sin family but he was killed too fast by domy ( domy was so piss when he see okcar punch bean ) domy went full darkside on okcar

sun wukong and sin are the same person

the zombie ocker attacked the new sin kids , he hurt bean

domy destroyed ocker to nothing

after General Ocker was killed two times first death and second time

lady kocer bring back her father from the dead

not to save him , but turn him to weapon that she can control

ocker is reborn as a "ghoul bot "

from her staff she creatures knight's armor made from ice and bone/ashes of her father

and then she gives the armor a breaking ghoul 's core and with her own magic , she puts her father's soul in it

ocker can't remember his past

but he still has his lust of power

now he is called as the ghoul knight

eye ball ( kocer's loyal ghoul ) don't like working with ghoul knight
