approx 13.5" x 10.5" @ 450 DPI. Pencils and inks by JG Jones, colors by Alex Sinclair. This one was more bitter than sweet. Not only was this the death of one of my favorite characters, but it marked the end of 3 years' worth of collaborating with JG. He's as nice a guy as he is talented and I loved every little bit we did together. Art and characters are ŠDC COMICS.Related content

This was a true "HOLY CRAP" moment in comics.

This was such a harsh moment for me. I loved that Batman is the one to take down Darkseid but... I really dislike how it was done. Using a gun just felt so... tasteless.
Still, art was gorgeous I must say, even if I found the writing to be terrible.

yea.... Jones is definitely a good guy, he's always got a smile on his face=] this day was pretty sad too, i didn't think bats would bite the bullet, and when he did it didn't seem to affect anything

fantastic colours as always i just wondered do you do it grey tones first then colour over the top of them or do you colour straight from the off ( hope that makes sence!)

I go straight with color. When I worked with JG Jones, he would give me gray washed images which I would then color. Thank you for the faves!
