It seems like with the vast majority of your pictures of Asuna and other characters, You always seem to stick them in the same poses and facial expressions. I suspect tracing.

I don't think he traces, unless he does from his own previous drawings. I think he does that because he doesn't "risk" too much and try other types of poses/expressions, some people have a hard time getting out of their "comfort zone". It takes time and really wanting to work on it for that kind of people to try different things.
