Waa! It'a gorgeous! He looks just like how he did in the movie. But my favourites are the Dobies, Rascoe and DeSoto. Well done, by the way. ^_^

in that case, it's understandable. must have taken a bit of time to do... maybe you should invest in a tablet?

Heee! I was horribly obsessed with that film when it was first released -- my vinyl of the soundtrack is one of my prized possesions. I adore Dodger, myself. But this is a great Oliver! ^_^

You saw it when it was first released? i did when i was 7 about 4 times in theaters as i loved it and i had the merchandise like the soundtrack on vinyl as i would make cassette copies for when traveling and all on that on my walkman, a few t-shirts, stuffed Oliver, a jar with Oliver and Dodger on it, PVC toys from Sears, Mcdonalds finger puppets, Mcdonalds singing ornaments, poster that i had hanging in my room for years, coloring books, readalong book with cassette, junior novel, PJs and that sort of thing.
I was disappointed it never showed up on video the next year or 7 years, but then when i was 14 i remembered reading an article in Disney Channel magazine saying it's coming back March 29th 1996, i was like "Oh my god! Oliver and Company? i remember that, it's been a long time". TV spots started showing up and me and my friends in junior high were talking about them as we shared our memories of seeing that movie when we were younger, having the stuff and being pissed it never came to video.
I did saw the re-issue and enjoyed it as much as i did as a kid, bought the CD soundtrack cause i grew up with Billy Joel and Huey Lewis's music and bought it when it finally came to video, i did replaced the DVD with 2002's DVD and i still enjoy this movie for the nostalgia factor and for going back to the days of growing up in the 80s and early 90s as a kid in more simple times.

Yeah, I think I was 12 when I saw it. I have a shelf full of O&C stuff: the recod I mentioned, stuffed animals of Georgette, Oliver, Tito, and Francis, remnants of t-shirts, a hat, a pennant, a scrap of holiday wrapping paper, a small jewelry box, a Dodger pendant, McDs toys (a plain dodger figure, and digder on a patch of street carrying a string of hoit-dogs -- the thing is like a car), a Georgette pin, a promo pin form when I worked at Borders, the audio storybook, the VHS, the DVD, a Sing-Along Songs VHS with "Why Should I Worry" on it, a mug, a glass, an Oliver "figure" (plastic, hollow, flocked, about three inches tall), Tito and Dodger figurines, and a Dodger Vinylmation. I had a jewel-studded Oliver pin that I lost at school, along with it's carrying pouch, and one of my rabbits ruined my stuffed Dodger (which I slept with for like a year). I have a small Dodger plush now, but it's nowhere near as good as the other was. I wish I had gotten the ornaments ....
It's nice to meet aother fan!

So you 76 born? 81 here.
oh my god i remember that Sing-along video when i was 7 as well as that was the only video evidence of the movie back in 1989 from then on before it's actual video release in 96. Oh i remember the holiday wrapping paper from 88 as well, your bringing back good memories.
It's one of my top 12 disney films of all time.
