I think I did take some baby steps.
At the end of our performance, 4 teachers approached me and praised me and nearly all the students who came my way said that I was awesome...
Even if I didn't got an award for best actress, they say I should have or in the least "Best Antagonist of the Century".

Mm, well, in the past month I've gone to two comic book conventions. Got a lot of exposure with different artists just by talking to them about my dreams and giving them my dA to look at my art. They were incredibly encouraging and full of very helpful advice.
I got to meet several artists at the first one, and then they were at the second one too and they recognized me and asked how things were going! I feel like it's the start of a good network for me, and that I'll have a lot of support once I actually get out there.
The only problem is I haven't really done anything since then, but I guess that's understandable because of school. But since I'm graduating this Sunday, I should be free to get going on this! I'm quite excited for summer
Ooh, I'm not sure if this would really interest you, but this just occured to me... one of my favorite book series' is being turned into a movie, and they're looking for people to audition... I'm not sure about all the information, but if you're on facebook, then you can check it out here [link]
