Aineira is the first hybrid that is half of mewman and half of human in Mewni history. At first, her mother Pearl was concerned about the negative reaction of population about her daughter being a hybrid, but they like her a lot because Aineira was born normal just like other mewmans and humans.

When Aineira was a child, she loved to explore, play with other children, spending time with her grandmother Graça Raposo and especially swim in the sea. Although Aineira lives in a fun and cheerful family, but her mother is kinda rigid. Pearl created a few rules for Aineira as she studied for a long time in the Firefly library, played less in the street, played with friends on a given and among other rules.

Despite the strict rules, Aineira loved to spend time on the beach and she used to play with her friends on the beach.

When she becomes a teenager, Aineira is a sociable person, diplomat, good leader and very fond of the sea. But when Aineira has 13 years old, her grandmother died by tuberculosis. Aineira was very sad because they were very close and Graça taught her moral lessons.

at 14, her parents took a 5-day vacation at Coconut. Aineira was very happy because she deserved a vacation and had fun.

Returning to the Butterfly kingdom, the Butterfly and Raposo families combine to play Game of Flags that has capture of the flags and a football game (because is one of the favorite sports of the Portuguese people). During the football match, the ball was thrown into the forest and Aineira went to get it. As the ball fell into the water, Aineira was going to catch it but an aquatic monster appeared that sustained Aineira. The water monster is called Darwin and he shows to be friendly and even he gives the ball back to Aineira. They talk a little while until Pearl calls Aineira, they arrange a meeting at night so they know better. It was from there that they fell in love for the first time.

Darwin was an ordinary mewman but when he was 10 he was cursed by a witch. This curse turns Darwin into an aquatic monster that needs to stay in the water. He doesn't remember his family much but he has a necklace with music that was a gift from his family.

Aineira meets Darwin every night in secret and Aineira becomes a mermaid through a spell to swim with Darwin. One of the meetings, they declare themselves as lovers.

But Aineira's brother Ethan and the others started to suspect the princess's strange behavior as she arrives at the castle very late at night, sneaking out of the castle at night and stealing some food in the kitchen at night. Ethan followed Aineira to find out what she was up to and he finds Aineira and Darwin kissing. Ethan was very panicked and ready to tell everyone but Aineira stops him and she tells him all about Darwin. He was moved by his story and he swears to himself that he will not tell their relationship. Aineira is very happy and she hugs him.

On her Song Day, Aineira was eager to hear her song but half of the song showed a relationship between Aineira and Darwin for everyone including her family and Magic High Commission (MHC). Many mewmans call her a traitor and they send trash over her, MHC was prepared to arrest Aineira for romantically relating to a monster but Guilherme, Mephisto and even Ethan defend Aineira and she wanted to explain about Darwin however Mina Loveberry appears and fights them so she can arrest Aineira. Pearl asks her daughter to run and never return to the Butterfly kingdom, so she does what her mother asked.

Very far from the Butterfly kingdom, Aineira takes refuge in an old house (by the way it still had light and water) and she was very sad because it happened there and blames her brother because he is the only one who knew the relationship. Out of nowhere, Glossaryck appears with Book of Spells and Aineira's royal wand, she is grateful. Aineira asks him if he has a spell to spy on so Glossaryck shows an All-Seeing Eye, a spell made by Eclipsa, The Queen of Darkness. She uses this spell to show Pearl asking the soldiers to put Darwin in the water tank and Mina tells him that tomorrow he will be executed but Pearl does not allow it because it is illegal by law, Pearl leaves. After Aineira sees this, she is very afraid that bad thing will happen to Darwin as this case of execution, Aineira leaves the old house very sad and cries a lot (there she sings a song called "My love belongs to him").

To rescue Darwin, Aineira uses her portable mirror to ask her uncle Mephisto to remove the tank from the water that Darwin is in for out of the Butterfly kingdom so he stays safe and Mephisto makes a request.

Aineira tried to find a perfect spell to break a curse that Darwin has through Book of Spells but to no avail because she found nothing. Glossaryck gave her a better tip: visit Plains of Times, use the Wheel of Progress to travel the past at the time the witch cursed Darwin.

In the past, Aineira witnessed Darwin (child) become an aquatic monster and then that happens the witch goes away. Aineira stops on the way to forcefully ask her how to break the curse, but she did not give Aineira much importance. So Aineira threatens witch by the death spell, finally witch said: "You have to show him who he really is". Aineira thought a lot about the meaning of that phrase during the trip to the old house.

When Aineira arrived at the old house, Darwin asks her if he could have an intimate moment with her and she accepts. Mephisto, Ethan and Guilherme arrive at the old house in a hurry because Mina and her army are going to attack and when Ethan opens the bathroom door, the water comes out and the water has Aineira and Darwin hugging each other naked. Aineira and Darwin when they learned of the attack, Aineira has a plan: to take Darwin in the water that way Darwin would escape.

The moment Darwin is at sea, Mina, his army and MHC arrived there. Mina was going to attack or kill Darwin, but Aineira put it in front of her and she ends up being injured and fell into the sea. Everyone there is very shocked, mainly Pearl and Darwin, Darwin goes under the sea in the direction of rescuing his beloved.

At sea, the spirit of Graça Raposo puts a bubble like this to save her granddaughter, Aineira is very sad and disappointed because she ruined everything and she didn't find a spell to break the curse, the grandmother says "You have to be what you are and leave the your heart hear". Aineira was clear that this phrase was, so she transformed it into her butterfly form and grabbed Darwin out of the water. Aineira began to sing to activate a new spell called "Know Who You Are" which consists of turning cursed people (transformed) into an original version, slowly Drawin becoming a mewman again.

Everyone is in shock especially Mina who showed regret and she wanted to apologize to Aineira and Darwin but they do not forgive. Pearl and Guilherme tells Darwin that: Darwin is the lost prince of Arkadia. Everyone is very shocked by the discovery mainly Darwin.

Darwin Magic is the crown prince of the Arkadia dimension and the future mewnister of Magic who at 2 years old was kidnapped by the royal nanny because she wanted Darwin to be her own son, so she took him very far and took Darwin's necklace that it was a gift from his biological father when Darwin was born. The royal nanny has friends who are bad people that one of them was a witch who was cursed Darwin. The reason the witch cursed Darwin was because she wanted revenge on the royal nanny because she stole a lot of money.

At age 20, Aineira becomes queen of Mewni and marries with Darwin Magic.

During her reign, as Aineira saw monsters living in poverty, being discriminated by many mewmans and they have no home to live in, as a solution Aineira decided to make fundamental rights for monsters, but MHC, Mina Loveberry and the people of Mewni (including few mewnisters) they don't accept because on Aineira's vision, they are great racists and they NEVER WILL ACCEPT THE RIGHTS FOR MONSTERS! So she hid the documents about fundamental rights for monsters in the bookkeeper in the castle's office for the future queen. If you want to gather monsters and mewmans in peace, use these rights.

Notes:

- When the monsters know which queen Aineira was going to make fundamental rights over them, they are quite happy and even remind Aineira that she was Eclipsa. It was from there that they call Aineira "Mother of Monsters";

- No one knows the whereabouts of the royal nanny;
