Hydra or Cobra?Β In Enemy of the State by Mark Millar, Hydra starts killing lots of Heroes and Villains to raise them under their control.Β This gets revisited in Exiles and makes Hydra Sue Storm and Hydra Blink lingering enemies for a team that transports between realities.Β Β
