Description This was shot at about 7 AM while we were on our way to swim with Whale Sharks....

I dont realy have to tell you what they are, do i???

looks like you had some nice timing when it came to this shot. doesnt look to easy to me. i really dig the all the different shades of blue going on here and the fact that they appear and feel faded in a way. it definitely then throws the attention back at the unique subjects in the shot. sounds like you had an excellent experience and adventure at sea. good stuff.

It realy wasnt easy.... actualy it was more luck. I dont have a D-SLR so it isnt as fast as say a 300D or D70, it always takes a short while before the actual shot is taken, making things like this more luck than anything else....

Damn i want a D70 bad

I only saw a daulphin once thats about it...
Swimming with sharks... glad you didn't end up like in Open Water!

hehe, actualy i was in open water... almost 3 hours into the open sea till we got there...

this is a great photo.. I love the colours in the sky and in the water, how they melt into each other and becomes one..
I really like dolphins, they are wonderful creatures

Wow! Sharks! How incredebly (<--?) cool.. I want to see sharks too.. was it Whale-sharks you saw?
The only shark I've seen, is the one on my t-shirt

Yeah, Whale sharks... we swam with them aswell

A once in a lifetime exsperiance.... but in a cage with a Great White is my real dream

a very good shot in general, the colors are really nice. but i am sure the composition is too simple. maybe it was just a snapshot, okay, but especially in shots with a subject nobody has seen in real life you have to make a concrete composition. its cool that the whale sharks do exacly the same in this shot.

i know what you mean.... but in the middel of the ocean its hard to get anything else but water and some sky in a shot... composition wise it might be a little weak, but i didnt have alot of options.
