Abilities: Flight, Spectral energy, demon charm.
Kuroi-Hana is the leader of a clan of other Hinoenma, mostly needing to keep up with her position of her high rank demon status. She would at times would rather go off and have her own personal fun. While using her charms on men to get what she wants.
She seems to be more of amused of Reiji's intentions of keeping the Island of Yokai safe. Knowing of Reiji would be traveling other places and such seemed like the good idea to join.
She would also be known to encourage but mostly tease Reiji time to time on why a cute man like him not have a partner yet.

For awhile, I have been needing to make more monster girl characters. So while I was looking up other Yokai on what I could use to make Kuroi-Hana, I seemed to noticed the Hinoenma, pretty much straight up one of the few takes of succubi of yokai.

Also I wanted to make a character that would share both Morrigan and Lilith's character into one. Since I know Darkstalkers is pretty much permanently dead six feet under, I thought it would be a good idea to try and make a "not Morrigan" character.

I think I did a pretty nice job on that. Especially with most of the Darkstalkers' cast doesn't have much to go with on character lore and story being all over the place.
