I don't know, but there are a bunch of games with people shooting bombs out of their guns at around 9000rpm and automatic snipers with that same fire rate that will one-hit-KO the final boss.
Another time, person put a shield on me (didn't pick anything up) on one of my new games that I made to go on live to help low levels and it had 100,000 hit points, I then deleted that save because I actually want to have fun in my game.
Damn cheaters.
