Ironically, giving a black female character bigger hips could possibly count as stereotyping, since black women are often stereotyped as having big butts (like in the song Baby Got Back). I know plenty of black women who aren't curvy.
It is possible for black women to have brown hair. You usually see it more with lighter-skinned black women than darker-skinned ones due to lighter-skinned blacks often having white ancestry.

Bliss is definitely going for a 'special snowflake' and 'sjw-savior' vibe and I can feel it and I don't like it.
You also know a show fucks up even more when you'd rather watch a TTG episode rather than the episode on her.
But then again, I cannot judge too much. I am planning to watch the episode when it is available online, since I missed it today.

I hope I don't sound like a racist by saying this, but, I probably would've gotten more used to her if she were white.
I say this because I grew up watching the OG PPG, and seeing that most of the characters were light-skinned, I just got used to seeing it.
I can see that they're going for diversity, but she could have had at least brown hair. We got ginger, black and blonde, so why not add brunette to the mix?

Yeah in the end the reboot just needs to be thrown away. Most of their episodes are rehashes of the old ones. Heck this is a rehash of the episode about bunny but she deserves that role more then the Mary Sue. The whole story they made for her was even crap compared to what the old one has done
