There's a lot of flashbacks in this story, and each one is there for one (or more!) reasons, and there's a couple of good ones this chapter, and introducing a couple of characters i've been boiling to draw for years. I AM EXCITED!

a few of them, yeah. mainly to prove that the mail system needed to have more regulations- and most of the other cases were things like 'deliver thchild to a relatives a mile away' type cases where they really weren't in sacks, per se. just labled and escorted
