Well.... at first I just wanted to practice a little bit xD(I am really really bad at anatomy....
)but then I liked it and then... well... you can see above what happened... xDD

Das sieht ja gar nicht mal schlecht aus. Die Bewegung hast du ziemlich gut eingefangen. Mirg efällt auch dieser Nebel-Effekt auf dem Bild sehr gut (keine Ahnung wie man das sonst nennt).

It looks good but maybe one little thing about that - which leg is in te air... You should add more space between legs or make more shadows and strokes on his pants.

This is as well because I wanted to stick with the reference, but I didn't really manage to... ><;

In realism always happenes mistakes, and as you've said, you are just learning to make it. Great archivment already for just learning, so "legs' problem" is minor and not so huge. But it's great when you understand and learn from your mistake! I liked your picture very much, despite this mistake!!!
And about "strokes"...sorry, I've used the wrong word for "folds"

Well, to be honest, I am not that capable of standing critics I think xD at least not every kind of critics ^^ but I know that I still HAVE to learn a lot and I am often error-blinded after working on a drawing for a long time and so the only way to really improve is to get constructive criticism from others

I am more a cartoonist, so I don't draw a lot naturalism, but of course I have to know it because it's a basis to all other levels and styles of ort!

das einzige was mich etwas stört is das die wirbelsäule bei so einer balancierten stellung etwas gekrümmt sein sollte weil er sich auch leicht nach vorne lehnt, ausser er fällt iwie zurück (was auch den rechten (links, von ihm aus) rechtfertigen würde! ^^

I like it
It's just a little unclear which leg is in the air. I think it's his left (judging from the toes on the sandal and the fabric on the pants) but the position makes it look like his right leg. I think if you moved it a little it'd be clearer.
However I really like his upper body and face, his left hand could use some more detailing.
Also, since it is an anatomy study, even when taking account that he's standing on his toes, his legs are very long and the leg that's on the ground seems to be much shorter than the other.
Nevermind, I just looked at the reference
Also the turning movement in his body isn't very clear, or not as clear as it is in the reference. I think if you made the shading on the muscles in his side and under his arm a little darker, and maybe bent his back a little, that would help.
Enough nitpicking!
The lighting is pretty amazing, actually. His face is great, the lighting there is spectacular as well (and on the hair too). Maybe a little more motion in the individual strands of hair would help with dynamics, but it's fine as it is, too.
