There are so many awkwardly designed marine anthros out there that it's nice to see one that's really quite aesthetically pleasing (not to mention ridiculously adorable). I can't wait to see more of him :3

Took me a while before I settled on how I wanted the feet to look. I ended up making them look like diving flippers
