depends on the picture really :/
I spend about 30 seconds to 3 minutes on a sketch depedning on how many characters.
about 30 minutes to and hour doing lineart because i suck at it ;~;
and 30 minutes - 4 hours colouring depending on how many characters and if I'm doing a background or not and how complex the background.
