hoohoo, I finally got this in from procrastinating. XD Here I bring you, Tova, the Swedish female Jolteon.
She opens up to everyone and very playful since she is the soft type Pokemon. ^^ Short Story:
She is born and raised from Visby, Sweden with her previous trainer name Sture Johanson, a friendly trainer that Flavio met there and was given to him when he started his career as a race car driver and couldn't take care of Tova from time to time. Tova started to get closer with Flavio with the relationship of each other from the time she spent with him on the travels. ^^ She made friends with Flavio's Eevee crew which they welcomed her.
Tova is currently a show girl in the Pokemon contest she participates in.I hope you guys like the short story and the art.

The pose is awesome!
Really amazed me that a Jolteon could look so feminine and cute! The accessories are a neat addition and the scarf around her neck totally rocks!
The flag is so awesome
On the down side, not to make you feel uncomfortable or anything, her face seems a little too square.
Since you have advanced so much during your time here I thought I might just have to start to point out a few things (that I couldn't do better either, but I am sure you could easily).

I sometimes think the same when I finish my drawings...

But since we are both still pretty much learners a few things will always go wrong or at least most of the time XD
But with a positive attitude we can continue on and learn from our mistakes

I usually draw, then throw the paper away, then try again until it is decent enough.
Sometimes it takes hours though XD

I can't throw my sketch papers away unless it is totally ruined.

So I throw a lot away and end up thinking about new stuff.
I should practice a few more poses though ^^'

The paper is awesome to use!
Though it can be a pain sometimes since they are pretty thick.
