Aaron and Loraine, being a typical 18th century family, probably had like 6+ damn kids.

Scribbled because of an interesting article I found in History Today magazine about maidservants in English society, from 1500 till the 1800s. It detailed how they were often taken advantage of by their masters for unrequited sex, and bore many bastard children. Of course, none of this has anything to do with Loraine, her being a fish seller married happily to... whatever the hell Aaron is, but the article had a curious rarity in it: a painting of such a victim maidservant, rather pregnant, testifying the legitimacy of her child. Not wanting to lose such a valuble visual reference (18th century maternity is near impossible to find shit on), I quickly copied down how she wore her gown. I used Loraine as my guiena pig because I need to draw her more and the costume matched hers more than Alice, Leen, or Abena.
